The Audacity of Obama

Presidential candidate and author of The Audacity of Hope, Barack Obama (who, incidentally, is in favor of not only “hope” but also “change,” and who stole the title of his book from a speech by his racist, hateful pastor and mentor), requested a $1 million earmark for a new pavillion at the University of Chicago Hospital, where (incidentally) his wife works: Barack Obama: Crook, Obama’s Earmark Requests Was for the Hospital That Employs Michelle Obama

“In 2006, the Chicago Tribune reported that Mrs. Obama’s compensation at the University of Chicago Hospital, where she is a vice president for community affairs, jumped from $121,910 in 2004, just before her husband was elected to the Senate, to $316,962 in 2005, just after he took office.”
Apparently, Obama “hoped” his wife would be rewarded for Barack’s earmark with a “change” in salary and job title. Sounds like it worked. Oh, and the audacity in all this is that Obama released the list of requested earmarks himself, obviously knowing that the mainstream media would ignore it, which they have so far.
